Currently, we use UPS. If the product is not shippable, the product will be available for Customer pickup at one of our retail stores.
We offer several delivery options.
Standard Shipping
Calculated by the packaged weight of the product(s) purchased according to the prevailing rate set by the Shipping Service selected. The majority of our orders are shipping via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep seven to ten business days after receipt of your order, based on the carrier chosen.
Two Business Day
Calculated by the packaged weight of the product(s) purchased according to the prevailing rate set by the Shipping Service selected. Only available for certain orders, as indicated in checkout. Priority Mail selected via the USPS makes every effort to deliver shipments within 2-3 business days, but does not guarantee delivery. See the USPS site for more details.
Next Business Day
Calculated by the packaged weight of the product(s) purchased according to the prevailing rate set by the Shipping Service selected. Only available for certain orders, as indicated in checkout. . Express Mail selected via the USPS guarantees delivery of shipments by the end of the next business day or the shipping fee is refunded by negotiating directly with USPS. See the USPS site for more details.
United Parcel Service will not deliver packages to Post Office Boxes.
Shipping fees also include a Handling Charge of $7.95.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship orders internationally at this time.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the Freight Agent make note of the condition. Open your order immediately and check the contents against your enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within seven (7) days. Please save the container(s) that the shipment arrived in.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments result in additional shipping and handling fees and may be assessed a restocking fee. If you have an issue with a shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department.
