If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the unused product within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Clearance, Discontinued, or Special Orders are non-returnable.

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will refund the original shipping and return shipping fees, otherwise shipping charges are not refundable.

To assure prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise, we ask that you follow these steps:

• Notify our Customer Service Department of your return. Please include your Order Number in your notification.
• Include a copy of the invoice or packing list, reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
• Merchandise must be in their original cartons, with all tags intact and in new condition. Make sure all pieces and instruction manuals and warranty information are included. Merchandise that is not resalable cannot be refunded.
• Send returns prepaid and insured for current value. No COD or freight-collect deliveries are accepted. Return merchandise to:

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Inspect merchandise upon receipt. If any products are found Defective, Damaged, Lost or Short, contact our Customer Service Department for an adjustment and/or return. Be sure to save the invoice or packing list. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise. We will make a satisfactory adjustment if we are notified within seven (7) days of our invoice date.
